Donte Tyree Smith was born and raised on the West Side of Chicago — one of the toughest environments in America. By all odds, his story could have ended differently. Instead, it became the foundation of a mission.

As the youngest of four children raised by a strong, determined mother, Donte learned perseverance, integrity, and self-belief at home. Long before there was a company, his mother told him something he would never forget: 'You are going to be successful.' She saw leadership in him before he saw it in himself.

Even as a child, Donte organized groups, built teams, and created solutions. He never wanted to follow the crowd — he wanted to create a better path.

After nearly a decade in direct sales leadership, Donte has personally recruited, trained, developed, and mentored more than 500 sales representatives. His work has carried him across multiple cities and industries, developing leaders and creating opportunities for people willing to bet on themselves.
